Online Store Terms and Conditions
Embroidery Collection provides the content and services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms & Conditions which include our Privacy Policy. Embroidery Collection reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
Embroidery, By Hand
All items from Embroidery Collection feature the traditional art of hand embroidery. Every piece has its own unique character and no two pieces are the same. Any slight variation in the embroidered motif should not be seen as a defect.
Shipping Policy
Stock Availability
Embroidery Collection cannot guarantee that merchandise offered for sale online would be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In a rare case, merchandise may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any merchandise which you place an online order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing, we will inform you by email & remove the merchandise from your order. Upon removal of the merchandise from the order, credit will be made to the credit card used for the original order. Kindly allow 6-8 weeks for any refund credit to appear on your statement.
Payment Options (Online Store Purchases)
Embroidery Collection accepts only Visa and Mastercard payments. Customers should note that prices are inclusive of local taxes if applicable. You will be charged according to the currency that you select based on prevailing exchange rates from Enets.
Payment Options (Custom / Wholesale Orders)
Custom / Wholesale orders are merchandise purchased at contracted prices (different from online store listed prices) when you place your order with scheduled shipping at a later date. Partial payment is required at the point of confirmation and the balance is to be paid in full when the goods are ready for shipping. After confirmation, Embroidery Collection cannot accept cancellations or amendments on these orders. Payment via telegraphic transfer in Singapore Dollars to the following account is preferred:

Delivery Times
Please note that "Estimated Shipping Time" refers only to the time it takes the carrier from pickup to delivery. Delivery time may vary from the below estimated time depending on customs clearance, delays in the destination country, missed or cancelled dispatches. Business days are Mondays – Fridays, excluding all public holidays in Singapore.
Extra Shipping Cost
If the package cannot be delivered due to a wrong address provided or not accepted at the point of delivery, any extra shipping or return costs will be at your expense.
Customs Charges
Embroidery Collection does not charge any customs duties on International shipments; however we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are required by law to declare the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.
Replacements and Returns
Items found to be defective will be replaced whenever possible, depending on merchandise availability.
Items found to be defective may also be returned. To qualify for a full refund, defects must be reported within 7 days upon receipt of the merchandise. Washed, worn or otherwise altered merchandise are not acceptable for return and refund.
On returns for online store purchases, credit can only be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Kindly allow 6 – 8 weeks for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
On returns for custom/wholesale orders, we can only credit the amount to be used for the next purchase.
Size Chart Guide
The size chart provided is to help our customers for the smocking dresses find a suitable fit. As a general guide, a regular-size girl of average height, 3 years of age will be able to wear a Size 3 dress, 4 years of age will be able to wear a Size 4 dress and so on. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Embroidery Collection does not guarantee that the size chart guide is accurate and complete.
Purchase Related Policies
Embroidery Collection reserves the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Accuracy of Information
Embroidery Collection attempts to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the Site; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Privacy Policy
Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your visit to the Site, so that you may understand our privacy practices.
Embroidery Collection wishes to advise visitors of our firm commitment in ensuring the privacy of visitors to our website.

Embroidery Collection will not be held responsible for released/loss of information due to hacking, computer crash or any other reason that are beyond Embroidery Collection.
